What is your return policy?
Aquariums & Supplies Plus offers a 30-Day money back guarantee on all products. In order to return an item, you must obtain a Return Number from our customer service department. Contact us at aquarumssuppliesplus.com to obtain a return number. You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping. Any shipping cost that you incur to return a product to us will not be refunded.

Any package that has not been received by Aquariums Suplies Plus and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper.
A 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns. We accept all returns within 30 days of initial order placement. If there is a Manufacturer's defect with ANY item, we will not ship it until we have a New item without any defects. This has only happened on one occation, so rest assured that you will never receive damaged goods. Orders not recived.
Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Aquariums & Suplies Plus is not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. You must notify us within 15 days if order is not received.
Out of stock items.
Subsequently, from time to time, if we are not able to fulfill your order, you will be notified via email for any item that is temporarily out of stock or simply cannot be fulfilled. An immediate credit will be issued to your credit card or any other method of payment that you choose.
Where do you ship? We currently ship to the 48 contiguous States. How long does it take to ship our orders?
Almost all orders ship within two days. Occasionally, items that are ordered from our manufacturer as opposed to other suppliers will take a week longer to ship because they are made by hand. Are my orders traceable?
Yes. All orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You will be updated with the orders tracking number, carrier, and date shipped. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. We will only ship to standard addresses. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted by our system and UPS and FedEx will not deliver to them either. Prices.
